Barwell Stand, Northampton Saints

Envision undertook the design of the mechanical building services for the new 15,500 seat Barwell Stand at Northampton Saints completed in 2015.

Envision designed the HVAC, domestic hot and cold water and drainage systems for the new stand including design of services for the catering facilities serving the executive boxes and the new members lounge and bar areas.  The design being tailored to cope with high demand leading up to and during match days.

Working with Blueprint Building Services and the client’s design team, Envision ensured the coordination of the design so that the old Pavilion Stand could be demolished and new stand constructed.  This involved meeting planning and tender submission dates critical to successful delivery of the project.
