Envision is working with Tellon Capital to develop the sustainability and energy strategy for the regeneration of the Bargate Shopping Centre. The mixed used scheme includes ground level retail units, upper floor student accommodation and residential units, along with high quality public realm and retail kiosks adjacent to the historic town wall. Envision prepared a sustainability and energy statement to demonstrate how the scheme would achieve a 15 % reduction in carbon emissions, BREEAM Excellent, and the principles of Home Quality Mark. Following a successful planning application, Envision is now working with Tellon Capital to deliver the scheme.
