Envision developed a comprehensive Energy Strategy for the erection of a mixed-use development in Hounslow, West London.
The scheme utilises a brownfield site in to provide ground floor office space with 9 high-end apartments on the upper floors.
The residential portion met the requirements for the Greater London Authority’s Zero Carbon Standard, therefore Envision developed a robust CO2 reduction strategy, specifying communal Air-Source Heat Pumps, a Photovoltaic Array and Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery to ensure the residential portion met the mandatory CO2 reduction targets.
