Stanford Le Hope Train Station
Working as part Temple’s Development Planning Team, Envision has been assisting Thurrock Council and their appointed contractors Morgan Sindall with the initial BREEAM assessment for the upgrade of Stanford le Hope train station.

MEES – Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard Regulations
From 1st April 2018, the new legal standard for minimum energy efficiency (MEES) will come in force, applying to rented commercial and domestic properties. The new law makes it unlawful to let properties with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of ‘F’ or ‘G’ (the lowest two current ratings), thereby creating a new minimum standard of E, and aiming to improve the energy efficiency of the most inefficient properties.

Cranfield Airpark Sustainability Appraisal and Energy Strategy
Envision has recently been appointed to prepare an Energy Strategy and Sustainability Appraisal for Cranfield Airpark in support of a planning application made to central Bedfordshire council.

Brocklebank Retail Park, Charlton
Envision worked with LXB Retail Properties for the development of a new retail park on Brocklebank Road in Charlton, London. The park opened in November 2017 in time for the busy Christmas period.

IKEA Greenwich meets BREEAM Excellent ‘interim’ rating
Envision is pleased to continue its close relationship as sustainability advisor to IKEA. Envision has been working with IKEA to develop a new sustainable store in Greenwich which is due to open in winter 2018.
