Envision worked with LxB, The Crown Estate and a number of key anchor tenants to develop BREEAM strategies for the 285,000 square foot retail park. The site includes M&S, Next, Primark, Arcadia and River Island. Envision developed a BREEAM Assessment strategy for the project and agreed tenant leases for all 14 national retailers.

The entire scheme reached a BREEAM ‘Very-Good’ rating following the completion of the post-construction review in February 2016. In addition to the overall BREEAM strategy, Envision worked with individual retailers to ensure their proposed shop fit-out and operations met with the BREEAM and Landlord sustainability requirements.
