We have extensive experience in delivering early BREEAM feasibility studies to map the most cost-effective and site-suitable route to a required rating. We are pragmatic assessors and pride ourselves on our proactive approach to BREEAM, maximising scoring where practical. Our work with contractors in the delivery of BREEAM lends us a key insight into what constitutes a sensible BREEAM strategy.

We facilitate successful outcomes by ensuring a development's procurement strategy properly captures all sustainability objectives. With extensive experience with contractors, we can help translate complex sustainability requirements into understandable contract clauses.

With emerging policy and regulatory requirements surrounding embodied and whole life carbon, we support developers and design teams in meeting Whole Life Carbon targets.

We undertake pre-redevelopment and pre-demolition audits to assess recovery potential of existing buildings. Integrating with design teams we develop comprehensive circular economy strategies, maximising re-use of materials where possible.

With the growing understanding of the importance of health and wellbeing to future occupiers, we help guide design teams through the emerging best practice to incorporate in both concept and detailed design, as well as consideration of future operational strategies. We also advise on the specific requirements of healthy buildings accreditations, actions as the WELL AP and/or FitWel Ambassador for design teams.
