Envision Works with Graham Construction to Deliver a Sustainable Community Centre

Graham Construction Ltd is preparing to hand over the completed Tarling Road Community Centre to the London Borough of Barnet, ready for use by local community groups. The new centre includes a learning area, large meeting hall, café with seating, accessible lift and a variety of functional space for people to use. On a visit during the final stages of construction, the Worshipful Mayor Barnet, Councillor Reuben Thompstone, said “I have experienced the fantastic benefits this centre will bring to the community, and I can’t wait to see it open to the public”.

Envision has been working closely with Graham Construction Ltd and the rest of the design and construction team to deliver the project, providing BREEAM Accredited Professional and Assessor services, to ensure it meets the Borough’s BREEAM target of Very Good. The whole team has worked well together and we recently received some great feedback, complimenting us on the clear advice and guidance, our speed of response and flexible approach.
