Envisions appointment on the multi-story car park development at Stafford ran in conjunction with their appointment on the nearby Riverside retail park development. The MSCP appointment involved the design and coordination of services to a new 13 story car park.
Significant areas of design included development of a smoke ventilation system to ensure effective dispersal of fumes from car exhausts during normal operation and smoke removal from the building in the event of a car fire. The design included the development of CFD modelling to meet requirements of the local building control officer.
The MSCP includes 7 restaurant units at ground and first floor levels, Envision engineers designed the services strategy and coordinated the utility services to each of the restaurant units for fit out in early 2016.
