Our Scope: Operational Energy TM54, Low Zero Carbon Analysis, and Thermal Comfort Analysis.

Envision has recently undertook a substantial project for TJ Morris, providing integral planning and regulatory support for a retail development located in Dragon Lane, Durham. This venture incorporates the construction of a retail unit supplemented by an external garden centre, access arrangements, car parking, landscaping, and associated works. The proposed development is strategically designed to accommodate Home Bargains, featuring a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 3,716sq.m. Additionally, a garden centre, covering approximately 929sq.m. The proposed development will enhance an additional commercial vibrant to the exiting urban vicinity and promote logistic business activities.
