Envision is working with Hammerson to complete the BREEAM Assessment for the proposed fully glass fronted Pavilion restaurant and reconfiguration of The Riverside’s terrace steps at The Oracle, Reading.
The requirement is to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating. Envision has provided BREEAM Accredited Professional services from the beginning of the development concept, developing the BREEAM Strategy and supporting energy strategy. Envision are now working with design and build contractor, Careys, to complete the BREEAM Assessment.
