Envision coordinated the BREEAM assessments and renewable energy design for Sainsbury’s and M&S on the Gallions Road Retail Park, Greenwich. Envision provided support through the planning and feasibility stages to prepare sustainability and energy statements, including liaison with the GLA on the respective strategies.
Envision facilitated workshops with Sainsbury’s and M&S to explore opportunities for shared energy and water infrastructure. Viability assessments were undertaken for utilising a decentralised CHP plant. The BREEAM Excellent buildings include a 380 kWp PV array, closed loop GSHPs, CO2 refrigeration, rainwater Harvesting, Sustainable Drainage and ecological enhancements.
