Working with internationally renowned architects and urban planners Allies & Morrison, Envision was appointed part of multi-disciplinary team of planning & design specialists to prepare the area wide masterplan for Leyton and Lea Bridge.  The study was commissioned by London Borough of Waltham Forest who wished to prepare new a masterplan to address key regeneration and development challenges for the area and to create a new long term sustainable urban living roadmap post the London 2012 Olympics development programme. Envision provided technical and planning policy advice on integrating sustainability best practice within the masterplan and within the developer briefing documents.
