Montreaux House, Staines

Envision was appointed by Montreaux to prepare the sustainability and energy assessments for their new head office in Staines Upon Thames. 

Envision has worked with Montreaux on a number of development projects across the country, ranging from new build residential projects, office to residential conversions and mixed use retail schemes.  Montreaux house is a prestigious office building located adjacent to the River Thames. The development proposals involve the extension and refurbishment of the office to enable Montreaux’s successful development business to expand. The proposals include air source heat pumps, PV and low water WCs. The building is expected to align with a BREEAM Very Good standard.
