Envision was appointed as LxB’s building services engineers to develop a services strategy for the new retail development at Stafford. At pre-planning stage key design items such as external lighting, car park ventilation and utility infrastructure requirements were established. During the design and construction phase Envision worked with the design team to develop the services, liaise with utility providers and coordinate services with the tenants as the design developed.
The first phase of the scheme was handed over spring 2016 for fit out by anchor tenants M&S, Primark, Outfit and JD Sports with second phase handover in mid-2016.
