Envision supported Quattro with the planning applications for the construction of a waste recycling facility for London’s construction and demolition waste arisings and a separate concrete batching plant. The facility, which can support London to manage its growing levels of materials from construction supports a circular economy.

Envision prepared the sustainability and energy assessment for the site. The statements demonstrate how the semi permanent occupied buildings on site could be designed in line with energy policy. The strategies demonstrated how the reuse of the existing modular buildings supports energy and carbon policies in the borough, helping to minimise embodied energy otherwise associated with new construction.
