We are pleased to release our 2024-2025 Carbon Footprint Report and Reduction Plan. This marks the third consecutive year we have reported our company’s emissions. Since our previous report, we have continued to make progress, while growing our headcount by 20%.
Our headline results:
- In line with our increase in headcount our emissions have increased by 13%
- We have achieved a 5% reduction in emissions on a per employee basis
- 59% reduction in scope 1 emissions per employee
- Produced a bespoke database to track the Scope 3 emissions of our projects
- 75% electric company fleet
- Relocated our Oxford office to a more central location to reduce car travel
- Introduced an Electric Vehicle Rental Policy and Green Procurement Policy to support our sustainability goals
