GRESB is the leading global real estate ESG reporting framework and benchmark, having a growing participation year on year with over 2,200 participants in 2024 across 80 countries. The annual GRESB Assessment analyses ESG performance for real estate and infrastructure funds, companies, and assets globally.

GRESB scores and star status are becoming increasingly important for investors, however, the assessment process and data collation can prove time-consuming, and navigating the particulars of the assessment and asset spreadsheet can be complex for those unfamiliar.
