Envision has been working with LxB and The Crown Estate to develop the sustainability strategy for Rushden Lakes. The first phase is due for completion in August 2017.
The £150M project incorporates a number of sustainability features which Envision helped to plan and deliver. Amongst these, the project is designed to BREEAM Very Good. Envision is pleased to have been appointed on the second phase of this project which involves the construction of a leisure terrace comprising a cinema and restaurants, and an additional retail terrace.
