IKEA Exeter is on track to meeting BREEAM Excellent.

Envision and the main contractor McLaughlin and Harvey, project managers – Rider Levett Bucknall, and SRA Architects, has been working to complete a BREEAM New Construction Assessment.  The project’s design has been certified to BREEAM Excellent and is on track to be fully certified at completion in Spring 2018.  Envision takes a proactive approach to ensure BREEAM targets are obtained.  We are the chosen BREEAM advisors and sustainability consultants to a number of international retail chains. If you would like help with your BREEAM projects, or to understand more about how we integrate sustainability, energy and mechanical & electrical design for our projects, please contact us.
