Envision are pleased to have worked with a variety of retailers on their Energy Compliance requirements and obligations for the prestigious new Rushden Lakes development in Northamptonshire.

We have provided the Building Regulations Part L, BRUKL Certification and EPC Lodgement works for Joules, Pandora, Jigsaw, White Stuff, H&M, L’Occitane, Patisserie Valerie, JD Sports, River Island, Hobbs, Flying Tiger, Jack Wills, Phase Eight and Schuh. These works have been carried out in conjuction with our BREEAM and Sustainability works at Rushden Lakes, which is the first of it’s kind to combine a retail and leisure development with a nature reserve.
