Envision has recently completed the design and coordination of the MEP services for a new purpose built cinema complex, as part of the phased redevelopment of the Riverside site at Stafford.
Envision have been involved on the Stafford redevelopment with LXB since 2014 and the completion of the Cinema and final restaurant unit is the culmination of our project involvement over 5 years.
The project required extensive re-routing and diversion of existing buried services. This was coupled with a challenging development programme for handover to meet Odeon Cinema’s completion date.
Envision’s duties included coordination of the new utility services, MEP design and production of As built building regulations Part L documentation and EPC on completion.
