Envision is proud to have worked closely with House of Fraser to develop the sustainability strategy for their new environmental store in Northamptonshire.
The Rushden store is the first to have been opened by House of Fraser in the UK for over a decade. The store achieves BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating. The building incorporates a number of environmental design features including highly efficient LED lighting, natural light, displacement ventilation and a huge living wall. Envision supported House of Fraser with BREEAM compliance advice, undertaking a full review of House of Fraser’s design and construction specifications, proving advice on opportunities to enhance the sustainability of this ground-breaking retail building.
